I try to keep track of each student to the best of my ability.  In order to communicate with parents I put notes in the teacher log on skyward.  This has helped me to keep track of when students come in for tutoring, when students behavior is getting in the way of the learning.  I also put positive notes in the teacher’s log when I notice something especially good.

I also note any parent phone calls in the teacher logs.

I keep all of my parent emails in a folder in  my email.
